We are heartbroken to announce the sudden peaceful passing of a loving partner, son, brother and uncle at the age of 61 at his home in St. Stephen New-Brunswick on Wednesday February 14, 2024.

Ronald was born on October 26, 1962, son of Shirley & Carl Pelley of Twillingate Newfoundland.

He is survived by his loving partner Mabel McCombie of St. Stephen NB, Mom Shirley Pelley (Levi Budgell) of Botwood NL, brother Lester (Marlena) of Price George BC, Sisters; Pansy (Gordon Ives) of Toronto ON, Ruth Pelley of Twillingate NL, 3 nieces and 3 nephews.

Predeceased by his dad Carl, grandparents Jessie & Benson Freake and Mark & Georgina Pelley.

Ronnie was a man of few words, he treasured his family friends above all.

Ronnie will be sent home to his family in Newfoundland in care of Isles Funeral Home  (2 Whitehorns Hill, Twillingate, NL A0G 4M0) after a private time of reflection has taken place at Humphreys Funeral Home (20 Marks St., St. Stephen, NB E3L 2B2).

A time of visitation and funeral will take place in Twillingate NL at a date and time to be determined in the future. Interment with his dad to follow.
