Hospice Volunteers provide non medical  practical and emotional support, companionship, information and resources to patients and their families with life limiting illnesses who wish to remain at home.

For those who prefer or need hospitalization, Hospice of Charlotte will provide companionship and support. Grief Peer support groups are facilitated regularly. Eligiblity to receive this service is based on any Charlotte County Resident wose illness is unlikely to be cured and whose life expectancy is therefore limited.
